About the Tiffany process.
Our pieces are made using the Tiffany technique, a glassworking method that uses copper foil strips to join each piece of individually cut glass. After assembly, the seams receive a layer of solder, which secures the parts and forms the visible lines between the glass pieces.
Every color, every cut, and every solder curve is part of a step-by-step process, completed one at a time. We do not use industrial molds or paint on the glass — the color is in the material itself.
The result is objects that, when exposed to light, show both the colors of the glass and the structural lines at the same time.
